Softshell jackets keep out wind and light showers while staying smart enough for client meetings. They are one of the most popular jackets we embroider for businesses.

Choosing the right softshell

• Two-layer or three-layer: a two-layer softshell is lighter and stretchier; a three-layer softshell has a membrane between the outer fabric and the fleece lining, so it is warmer and keeps out more wind and rain.
• Water resistance: softshells shrug off showers but aren't fully waterproof. For heavy rain see waterproof jackets.
• Weight: most of our softshells are around 270 to 300gsm. Heavier styles suit outdoor and site work; lighter ones suit drivers and office staff.
• Recycled styles from Result, Regatta Professional, Stormtech and others are available.

Logos on softshell jackets

Embroidery is the usual choice for a softshell chest logo. Some softshells have an embroidery access zip in the lining, so we can stitch the chest without stitching through the inside. For a large back logo, print up to 30 x 40cm is better value. Read embroidery or print for more.

Sizes

Many softshells go to 4XL or 5XL. Each product shows its size chart, and plus-size workwear lists every bigger size.

How ordering works

You can order from one garment, and logo setup is free. A small logo (up to 10cm on the chest) is £6.99 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, then drops at 9 and again at 25 garments. Those breaks are mix and match: every garment with a small logo counts, whatever the style or colour. Before anything is made we embroider your logo on a sample patch and email you a photo to approve. See every price on our logo prices page.
