Branded Caps

Branded caps are a favourite for outdoor staff, sports clubs, events and promotions. We embroider your logo on the front panel in our own Hull workshop.

Choosing the right cap

• Structured caps have a stiff front that holds its shape, so a logo stands out clearly. Unstructured caps are softer and more relaxed.
• 5-panel or 6-panel: a 5-panel cap has one wide front panel with no seam down the middle, which suits wide logos. A 6-panel cap has a centre seam, so we place the logo across it carefully.
• Adjustable or fitted: most caps have a strap, buckle or snapback so one size fits most of the team. Flexfit caps are stretch fitted and come in sizes.
• Trucker and snapback caps have a mesh back for summer.
• Fabric: cotton drill and brushed cotton are classic; polyester performance caps suit sport and hot weather; recycled and organic options are there too.

Logos on caps

Caps are embroidered: a front logo up to 10cm wide, and you can add a small side logo up to 5cm. Both are small logo prices, so they count towards your mix-and-match quantity breaks. Very fine detail can be simplified to stitch well on a curved front; we'll tell you if yours needs it.

How ordering works

You can order from one garment, and logo setup is free. A small logo (up to 10cm on the cap front) is £6.99 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, then drops at 9 and again at 25 garments. Those breaks are mix and match: every garment with a small logo counts, whatever the style or colour. Before anything is made we embroider your logo on a sample patch and email you a photo to approve. See every price on our logo prices page.
