How it works: add it to your basket (with any branded workwear too), then order and pay by bank transfer or card, or send it as a free quote. We check your artwork by hand and email you a digital proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

About our posters

Posters for shop windows, staff rooms, notice boards and events, printed in full colour. Satin has a soft sheen and takes photos well; waterproof PVC-free posters wipe clean and cope with damp and outdoor spots; blueback is the outdoor paper for pasting on boards; heavyweight art paper is a thick uncoated card for prints and menus.

You can order a single poster, so a one-off A1 for an entrance is no problem. For bigger runs of the same poster, ask us for a quote.

These are paper posters for indoor use. For outside, a PVC banner is the tougher choice.

Artwork sizes and templates

Set your page to the size in the middle column (it includes 3mm bleed on every edge). Our free PDF templates show the finished edge, the bleed, where to keep your words. Open one in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity or Canva and design on top, or just send us your logo and wording and we’ll design it for you.

Bleed: run your background 3mm past the finished edge. It’s trimmed off, so there are no white slivers.
Keep words in: keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the finished edge.
Resolution: photos at 150 dpi at full size (large prints are seen from further away, so they need less).
Files: a PDF in CMYK is best, with fonts outlined. AI, EPS, high-quality JPG or PNG are fine too. A person checks every file and emails you a proof before we print.

Questions

Can I order just one poster?

Yes. Choose a quantity of 1. For a different quantity, ask us for a quote.

Can posters go outside?

Yes: choose waterproof for windows, gates and damp places, or outdoor blueback for pasting on boards and hoardings. For a large outdoor sign, a PVC banner lasts longest.

Will my photo look sharp at A1 or A0?

It will if the file is big enough: about 150 dpi at full size. We check every file and tell you before printing if a photo will look soft.
