- UK mainland delivery: £15 + VAT per order.
- Free delivery on orders of £250 or more (ex VAT).
- Free collection from our unit: Unit C2 Boulevard Industrial Estate, 84 Goulton Street, Hull HU3 4BA. We’ll ring or email you when your order is ready.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering.
How long it takes
After you pay, we email you a free proof showing your logo on your garments. Nothing is made until you approve it. We’ll confirm your timescale with your proof; if you need your order by a certain date, tell us in the notes at checkout and we’ll tell you straight away if we can’t meet it.
Returns and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Branded items are made just for you, so once your logo is on them we can’t take them back for a change of mind or the wrong size. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always put right at no cost to you, and unbranded items can be returned by consumers within 14 days.
