Your digital proof arrives within 24–48 hours. Once you're happy, our Hull team gets to work, and delivery is free over £100.

Do you charge for logo setup or digitising?
No. Logo setup is free. We prepare your artwork for embroidery or print and send you a free digital proof before anything is made.
How quickly will I see a proof?
We send a digital proof within 24–48 hours of receiving your logo and garment choices. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. If you only have a small or blurry file, send it anyway and we'll advise.
Should I choose embroidery or print?
Embroidery is hard-wearing and looks premium on polos, fleeces, softshells and headwear. Heat press vinyl suits bold logos, names and numbers, and hi-vis. Sublimation gives full-colour designs on polyester sportswear. We'll recommend the right method for each garment.
Can you brand garments we already own?
Yes. Bring or send your own garments and we can add your branding. Some items suit some methods better than others, so call us first and we'll check.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £100. You can also collect from our unit on Goulton Street in Hull.
