The Pro RTX RX530 is a hard-working softshell for people who spend their day outdoors or in unheated buildings. Engineers, groundworkers, offshore support crews, maintenance teams and facilities staff will appreciate a jacket that blocks the wind while still letting them move freely.

It is made from 97% polyester, 3% elastane at 280gsm, bonded into a three-layer softshell that is windproof and showerproof. A full-zip front with internal storm flap and chinguard closes out the weather, and an adjustable shock cord hem traps warmth. Zipped chest and side pockets keep tools, phones and paperwork secure. The cut is a standard fit and the size range runs from XS to 5XL, so it covers most of a crew.

Branding advice

The fabric is described as printable, so a heat-pressed transfer across the back works well for large company names. For the chest we would usually embroider a logo, positioned clear of the zipped chest pocket. Keep stitch counts moderate so the bonded layers stay flat.
