These terms apply when you buy from kingstonbranding.co.uk. Please read them with our delivery page, returns policy and privacy policy.
1. Who we are

2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Logo prices are per garment, per position, and include free logo setup. Quantity prices apply to the number of garments in that line.
- You pay in full by card when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- If we’ve shown a price in error, we’ll contact you before going ahead and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Your order and your proof
- When you pay, we email a receipt with your order number. Your order is then accepted, subject to your proof.
- We email you a free proof showing how your logo will look. Please check it carefully: spelling, colours, size and position. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- If we can’t produce your design as ordered (for example, very fine detail that won’t embroider well), we’ll suggest an alternative on your proof. If you don’t want to go ahead, we’ll refund you in full.
- Embroidered and printed colours are matched as closely as possible but can vary slightly from your screen or artwork.
4. Your artwork
By sending us a logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it and for us to reproduce it on your garments. We may refuse artwork that is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights, in which case we’ll refund you.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery charges, collection and timescales are set out on our delivery and returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Personalised items can’t be returned for a change of mind once you’ve approved your proof, but your legal rights for faulty or wrong items are not affected. See returns policy.
7. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. If you buy as a business, our total liability is limited to the price of your order and we’re not liable for loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to put it right.
