A branded beanie keeps your team warm on cold mornings and shows off your logo. Cuffed beanies give a flat, stable area that is perfect for embroidery.

Choosing the right beanie

• Cuffed (turn-up) beanies are the classic branded hat: the double layer of the cuff gives a firm area for your logo. Most of our beanies are cuffed.
• Thinsulate-lined beanies are warmer for outdoor and cold-store work.
• Fabric: soft-touch acrylic is warm and keeps its colour; recycled and organic cotton options suit sustainability-minded brands.
• Bobble hats are popular for winter events and merchandise.

Logos on beanies

Beanies are embroidered on the front, up to 7cm wide, usually on the cuff. Knitted fabric stretches, so we keep the stitching neat and simple; very fine detail may need simplifying, and we'll tell you if it does.

How ordering works

You can order from one garment, and logo setup is free. A small logo (up to 7cm on the beanie front) is £6.99 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, then drops at 9 and again at 25 garments. Those breaks are mix and match: every garment with a small logo counts, whatever the style or colour. Before anything is made we embroider your logo on a sample patch and email you a photo to approve. See every price on our logo prices page.
