How it works: add it to your basket (with any branded workwear too), then order and pay by bank transfer or card, or send it as a free quote. We check your artwork by hand and email you a digital proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

About our business cards

A good business card is still the quickest way to leave your name behind. Ours are printed on 450gsm silk card as standard, which is noticeably thicker than the cards most people hand out.

Every card is matt laminated: it looks smart, feels solid and protects the print from scuffs in wallets and vans.

Artwork sizes and templates

Set your page to the size in the middle column (it includes 3mm bleed on every edge). Our free PDF templates show the finished edge, the bleed, where to keep your words. Open one in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity or Canva and design on top, or just send us your logo and wording and we’ll design it for you.

Bleed: run your background 3mm past the finished edge. It’s trimmed off, so there are no white slivers.
Keep words in: keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the finished edge.
Resolution: photos at 300 dpi at full size.
Files: a PDF in CMYK is best, with fonts outlined. AI, EPS, high-quality JPG or PNG are fine too. A person checks every file and emails you a proof before we print.

Questions

Can you design my cards?

Yes. Choose “Design it for me” and send us your logo and details. The design fee is shown when you choose it, and we send you a proof to approve.

Can I have different names on the cards?

Yes. Each name is a separate design. Add one line per name, or tell us in the notes and we will quote it.

What is bleed?

Bleed is an extra 3mm of background around the edge. Cards are trimmed after printing, so the extra stops a thin white line appearing at the edge.
