About our fabric banners

Fabric banners are printed by dye sublimation, so the ink is part of the fabric: no cracking or peeling, and they can be washed.

They fold small for storage and travel, which makes them a good choice for events, sports clubs and anywhere a banner goes up and down often.

Artwork sizes and templates

Set your page to the size in the middle column (it includes 5mm bleed on every edge). Our free PDF templates show the finished edge, the bleed, where to keep your words. Open one in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity or Canva and design on top, or just send us your logo and wording and we’ll design it for you.

  • Bleed: run your background 5mm past the finished edge. It’s trimmed off, so there are no white slivers.
  • Keep words in: keep text and logos at least 60mm inside the finished edge.
  • Resolution: photos at 100 dpi at full size (large prints are seen from further away, so they need less).
  • Files: a PDF in CMYK is best, with fonts outlined. AI, EPS, high-quality JPG or PNG are fine too. A person checks every file and emails you a proof before we print.

Questions

Will it crease?

Polyester is crease-resistant. If it has been folded for a while, a gentle press on a low heat or a few hours hanging takes the folds out.

Eyelets or pole pockets?

Eyelets for tying to frames, railings and walls; pole pockets to slide a pole through the top and bottom for a neat hang.
