What is the best T-shirt to print a logo on?

A ringspun cotton tee of 150 to 180gsm gives a smooth surface and a good-looking print. For daily workwear choose 180gsm or more; for sport or hot work choose a polyester performance tee.

How do you print T-shirts?

Mostly with DTF transfers, which give full colour and fine detail. We use vinyl for bold logos, text, and names and numbers. We don't offer screen printing or sublimation.

Can you embroider a T-shirt?

Yes, most T-shirts can be embroidered. On very light fabric a dense logo can pucker, so we'll suggest a heavier tee if you want a stitched logo.

How big can a back print be?

Up to 30 x 40cm. It's £12.00 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, £9.99 for 9 to 24 and £7.99 for 25 or more.

Can you add names or numbers to each shirt?

Yes. We cut names and numbers in vinyl, which suits team kits and staff shirts. Ask on your quote and list the names against each size.

What is the minimum order?

One T-shirt. The logo price drops at 9 and 25 garments, mixing any styles and colours.

Do you have organic or recycled T-shirts?

Yes. Stanley/Stella, B&C and other brands make organic cotton and recycled styles; filter by brand or look for organic in the name.

How long does a T-shirt order take?

We email you a photo of your logo on a sample patch first. Once you approve it, we'll confirm your timescale; if you need them by a date, tell us when you order.

Branded T-Shirts Printed or Embroidered

Branded T-shirts are the simplest way to get your team, club or event looking the part. We decorate them in our own Hull workshop with full-colour DTF print, vinyl for names and numbers, or embroidery.

Choosing the right T-shirt

Weight: most of our tees are between about 145 and 190gsm. Lighter tees are cooler and cheaper for events and giveaways; 180gsm and up feel more substantial and last longer as daily workwear.
Ringspun cotton is softer and gives a smoother surface for printing. Organic cotton (Stanley/Stella, B&C and others) suits brands that want a sustainable choice. See cotton T-shirts.
Performance tees in polyester wick sweat and dry fast, for sport, gyms and hot jobs. See performance T-shirts.
Workwear tees from Portwest and similar brands are cut for hard daily use and frequent washing.

Brands include Build Your Brand, Stanley/Stella, Portwest, TriDri, Tee Jays, B&C, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, AWDis Just Cool and Bella+Canvas. There are women's, kids' and long-sleeve styles too.

Sizes

Many styles go to 4XL or 5XL. Each product shows its size chart, and plus-size workwear lists every bigger size.

How ordering works

You can order from one garment, and logo setup is free. A small logo (up to 10cm on the chest) is £6.99 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, then drops at 9 and again at 25 garments. Those breaks are mix and match: every garment with a small logo counts, whatever the style or colour.
