Branded headwear is an affordable way to put your logo on show, all year round. We embroider caps, beanies and hats in-house in Hull.

Choosing branded headwear

• Caps: structured or unstructured, 5-panel or 6-panel, adjustable or Flexfit fitted. Popular for outdoor staff, events and clubs.
• Trucker and snapback caps with mesh backs for summer.
• Beanies: cuffed styles give a firm area for your logo; Thinsulate-lined ones are warmest.
• Bobble hats for winter events and merchandise.
• Bucket and sun hats for festivals, gardening teams and summer events.

Brands include Flexfit by Yupoong, Beechfield, Result, Nike, Uneek, Stanley/Stella, Portwest, Callaway, Larkwood (kids') and adidas. Recycled and organic options are available.

Logos on hats

Headwear is embroidered. A cap front logo can be up to 10cm wide, plus a small side logo up to 5cm; a beanie front logo up to 7cm. All are small logo prices, so hats count towards your mix-and-match breaks with the rest of the uniform.

How ordering works

You can order from one item, and logo setup is free. A small logo (up to 10cm on a cap front) is £6.99 ex VAT per item for 1 to 8, then drops at 9 and again at 25. Those breaks are mix and match: every item with a small logo counts, whatever the style or colour. Before anything is made we embroider your logo on a sample patch and email you a photo to approve.
