Frequently asked questions
Are softshell jackets waterproof?
They are water resistant: they shrug off showers and wind, but aren't made for heavy rain. For that, choose a waterproof jacket.
What is the difference between two-layer and three-layer softshell?
A three-layer softshell has a membrane between the outer fabric and the fleece lining, so it's warmer and keeps out more wind and rain. A two-layer softshell is lighter and stretchier.
Can you embroider a softshell jacket?
Yes. Embroidery is the usual choice for the chest. Some softshells have an embroidery access zip in the lining so we can stitch the chest neatly.
Can you put a large logo on the back?
Yes. A printed back up to 30 x 40cm is £12.00 ex VAT per garment for 1 to 8, dropping to £7.99 for 25 or more. Large embroidered backs are priced on a quote.
Do you have women's softshell jackets?
Yes, many styles come in a women's fit with a shaped body and shorter sleeves.
What is the minimum order?
One jacket. The logo price drops at 9 and 25 garments, mixing any styles and colours.
