About the Portwest DX4 Hi-Vis Rain Jacket
The DX4 is Portwest's premium hi-vis shell: stretchy, breathable and genuinely waterproof, with a modern cut people are happy to wear. It suits site managers, surveyors, highway inspectors and rail teams who are active in the rain and overheat in a basic PU jacket.
The shell is Portwest Extreme Waterproof and Breathable: 100% Polyester Stretch, 150D, PU Membrane 160g, lined with 100% polyester mesh (60g). It has underarm pit zips, a pack-away detachable hood with two-way adjustment, a chin guard with storm flap, a dropped back hem, heat-applied segmented reflective tape, a detachable ID pocket and six pockets. Portwest list: EN ISO 20471 Class 3; RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange Only); EN 343 Class 4:3 X WP 20,000MM, MVP 10,000g/m2/24hrs; ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3; ANSI/ISEA 107 TYPE P Class 3. Branding advice
There is dedicated print access for corporate branding. We heat press logos on the chest and back, never over the reflective tape and never with embroidery, which would puncture the membrane.
