About the Kustom Kit Micro Mesh Cooltex Plus Polo
The KK455 uses an open micro mesh knit that lets air through, so it is one of the coolest polos we brand. It suits kitchen porters, warehouse pickers, driving instructors, ground staff and anyone who gets hot at work but still needs a smart collared shirt.
The fabric is 100% Cooltex® plus polyester micro mesh at 140gsm. It has a 1x1 rib knit collar, a three-button straight placket, a self-fabric taped back neck, double-stitched armholes and twin-needle hem and cuffs. It comes in four practical colours, Black, Graphite, Navy and White, in sizes XS to 3XL, with a regular fit.
Branding advice
Embroidery is ideal for a neat left-chest logo; we add a backing so the stitching sits flat on the mesh. Heat-pressed transfers also bond well to polyester and keep the shirt light, which is useful for large back prints.
Care
Wash as synthetics at 30°C, one dot iron. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
