About the Kustom Kit Klassic Superwash 60°C Polo

The Kustom Kit KK403 is a classic-fit polo built for hard laundering. Its Superwash® finish means it can go in at 60°C without fading or shrinking out of shape, so it is a sensible choice for cleaners, care staff, caterers, garages and anyone whose uniform gets properly dirty.

The fabric is 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 185gsm. It has a 1x1 rib flat-knit collar and cuffs, a three-button slanted placket, reinforced shoulder seams, a half-moon back yoke and side vents. There are 28 colours and sizes from XS to 6XL, with 4XL to 6XL in selected colours, which helps when one style has to fit a whole workforce.

Branding advice

The polycotton surface takes embroidery very well. A left-chest logo is standard, and a second position on the sleeve or back works for larger teams or vehicles-and-vans style branding. We can also heat press names or numbers.

Care

Machine wash at 60°C, do not bleach, do not dry clean. Low tumble dry and a medium iron are fine.
