Frequently asked questions

Can you embroider my logo on a cap?

Yes. Caps are embroidered on the front, up to 10cm wide, and you can add a small side logo up to 5cm.

Structured or unstructured cap?

A structured cap has a stiff front that holds its shape, so the logo shows clearly. An unstructured cap is softer and more casual.

What is a 5-panel cap?

A cap with one wide front panel and no centre seam, which suits wide logos. A 6-panel cap has a seam down the middle of the front.

Are caps one size?

Most caps have an adjustable strap, buckle or snapback, so one size fits most adults. Flexfit caps are stretch fitted and come in sizes, and there are kids' caps too.

How much is an embroidered cap?

The cap price plus £6.99 ex VAT for the front logo on 1 to 8 caps, dropping at 9 and again at 25 garments. Logo setup is free.

What is the minimum order?

One cap. The logo price drops at 9 and 25 garments, mixing any styles and colours.

Can I see my logo before you make the order?

Yes. We embroider your logo on a sample patch and email you a photo to approve. Nothing is made until you approve it.
