A fitted cap with a diamond quilted, leather-imitation front, for barbers, bars, boutiques, car clubs and premium merchandise. The quilted panel gives a striking, textured look, so a logo is often added as a patch or on the side. Youth sizing alongside adult sizes suits family and fan ranges. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.

Shell fabric 1 is 63% polyester, 34% cotton and 3% elastane, and shell fabric 2 is 65% polyurethane and 35% viscose, at 300gsm. The diamond quilted Flexfit cap has an athletic shape, a hard buckram, a silver coloured undervisor and a quilted leather imitation front. Available in sizes S/M, L/XL and Youth, in Black.

Branding advice

The quilted front is textured, so we usually stitch your logo onto a woven or leather-look patch and apply it to the front, or embroider a small mark on the smoother side panel. Send us your artwork and we will suggest the best option. Before the full order runs we stitch an actual sample of your logo for you to approve, so you see the real size, colours and position first.
