About the Beechfield Authentic 5-Panel Cap
A modern take on the promotional cap, the Beechfield Authentic 5-panel has a structured front that gives it a premium shape. It suits coffee shops and restaurants, outdoor trades, festivals, sports clubs and lifestyle brands.
It is made from 100% Cotton twill and weighs 68g, in one size. The five-panel design has a structured front panel with fixed buckram, a pre-curved peak and stitched ventilation eyelets. A self-fabric strap with a tri-glide buckle adjusts the fit, and a TearAway label allows easy rebranding. Beechfield lists Amfori BSCI.
Branding advice
The fixed buckram front panel is an excellent surface for embroidery, giving a crisp, even logo with no centre seam to work around. It can also take a heat-pressed print or a patch. Add a small detail on the side for a finished look.
