Our new website is live. You can now see the price of a garment with your logo on it before you ask us, choose your sizes, and either pay by card or send us a free quote. Your kit is still embroidered and printed by us, in our own unit on Goulton Street in Hull.
Here is what has changed and how to use it.

Nearly 4,500 garments, priced with your logo
The online shop now holds almost 4,500 polos, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hi-vis, trousers, hats and bags. They come from brands such as Portwest, Result, Premier, Beechfield, Stanley/Stella, Regatta Professional and Uneek. Every card shows a “Branded from” price, so you see what a garment costs with a logo on it, not just the plain price.

Find it fast
Start typing in the search box and it suggests garments, with a photo and the branded-from price, before you press enter. Or shop by sector to see kit picked for construction and trades, hospitality and catering or healthcare and care.
Pick a colour and get the size right
Each product page shows the colours as swatches. Many also have a size guide from the maker, in centimetres or inches, so you can check the measurements before you order.
See your logo price before you ask
On a priced product page, such as our Pro RTX polo, you choose your sizes, then tick where you want your logo: left or right breast, sleeves, the back of the neck, or a large back print. Each position has an Embroidery or Print switch. The total updates as you go, ex VAT and inc VAT.
Prices drop as you order more:
- small logos are £6.99 each for 1 to 8 garments, then less from 9 and again from 25
- quantity prices are mix and match, so 5 polos and 4 hoodies with a chest logo count as 9
- once your order reaches £500 inc VAT, we take 10% off your logo prices
- logo setup is free

Embroidery or DTF print?
Embroidery is stitched into the fabric. It looks smart on polos, sweatshirts, fleeces, softshells and caps, and it copes well with regular washing. See logo embroidery in Hull for how we do it on our 8-head SWF machines.
For printed logos we mostly use DTF (direct to film). It gives full colour and fine detail, and it is bold on dark garments. It suits T-shirts, hoodies and big back prints. Read more about DTF printing in Hull.

Pay by card, or send a free quote
Everything you add goes into your quote basket. From there you have two choices.
Pay by card. If every item in your basket has a price, you can pay securely by card straight away.
Ask for a free quote. For garments without an online price, an embroidered back, or anything you want to talk through, send your basket as a quote request. There is nothing to pay. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Either way, you can:
- upload up to 5 logo files (any file you have is a good start), or send your logo later
- choose a “needed by” date
- email the basket to yourself, so you can come back to it within 30 days
- send the basket to us on WhatsApp
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on orders of £250 or more ex VAT. Smaller orders are £15 + VAT. You can also collect free from our Hull unit. See delivery and returns for the details.
We stitch an actual sample and email you a photo to approve
Ordering online doesn’t mean ordering blind. For every new logo, we stitch an actual sample and email you a photo to approve (or you can pop in to see it) before we make your order (for printed logos, an actual printed sample). It is free. Repeat orders with a logo you’ve already approved don’t need another one.
Once you approve your sample, most orders are ready in 2 to 5 working days.
A private uniform shop for your team
If your business orders kit through the year, the Kingston Client Wardrobe is a staff uniform ordering portal we build for you. It holds your approved garments, already set up with your logo, colours and prices.
- Staff log in and order their own sizes, from a phone or a laptop
- Only your approved garments can be ordered, so nothing goes out off-brand
- Pay by card, or order on your company account with VAT invoices sent automatically
- See who ordered what and when
- Reorder a past order with one “Order again” button

Still a Hull workshop you can visit
The website is new, but we haven’t changed. Kingston Branding, formerly HCS Embroidery, is still a small team at Unit C2, Boulevard Factory Estate, 84 Goulton Street, Hull HU3 4BA.
