About the Premier Recyclight Padded Gilet

The Premier Recyclight PR811 is a lightweight padded gilet for teams that want a modern, sustainable outer layer. It is a good fit for estate agents, site managers, logistics supervisors, outdoor events staff and corporate teams.

The outer is 100% recycled nylon, with lining and filling in 100% recycled polyester (38gsm), and it is made with 100% certified recycled fabrics. Horizontal stitched baffles spread the insulation evenly. A covered zip with chin guard and inner zip guard, a cadet collar, two welt jet zipped side pockets and an open inner pocket complete the design. It folds down into its own stuff sack. Sizes run XS to 4XL, and the women's version is the PR815.

Branding advice

There is full embroidery access to the entire bodywarmer through an internal zip in the lining, so we can embroider the chest and back without stitching through the padding. A left-chest logo plus a back neck or upper-back mark works well. Keep designs compact so they sit within a baffle.
