About the Portwest DX4 Hi-Vis Class 2 Winter Jacket

A padded, waterproof hi-vis winter jacket for highways, rail, ports and site teams who work outdoors through the coldest months.

It is made from Portwest Extreme Waterproof: 100% Polyester Stretch, 150D, PU Membrane 160g, with a lining of 100% Polyester Stretch Pongee 80g and filling of Insulatex™ Pro: 100% Polyester 160g. Portwest list EN ISO 20471 Class 2; RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange Only); EN 343 Class 4:1 X WP 20,000MM; EN 342 0.334 (M².K/W), 3, X. We supply Orange/Black and Yellow/Black in sizes S to 4XL.

Branding advice

To keep the waterproof shell intact we brand it with a heat-applied print rather than embroidery, on the fluorescent fabric and clear of the reflective tape. A chest logo plus a large back print is the usual layout.
