About the AWDis 240 Boxy T-Shirt
A heavyweight boxy tee for clothing brands, band and festival merch, cafés, gyms and creative businesses that want a modern streetwear shape. The oversized fit and 240gsm cotton give it a premium feel, and the size-only label means it can be rebranded as your own product. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.
It is made from 100% cotton, 240gsm, in Cotton PurePrint fabric, an excellent surface for print or embroidery. It has a boxy, oversized fit with side seams, a taped back neck, a ribbed crew neck and twin-needle stitching details, with a size label only for easy rebranding. Available in sizes XS to 3XL, in 8 colours, including Deep Black, New French Navy, Arctic White and Heather Grey.
Branding advice
Screen printing gives the best value on larger runs, while DTF transfers suit full-colour artwork and small batches with names or numbers. A small embroidered left-chest logo also works well on the smooth jersey for a smarter look. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample and email you a photo to approve (or you can pop in to see it) before production starts.
