About the 2786 Baffle Bodywarmer
A classic padded bodywarmer with wide horizontal baffles, the go-to layer for estate agents, sales teams, event staff, farm shops and trades bosses over a polo, shirt or hoodie. It has a smartphone-friendly headphone loop and a removable label system, so it can carry your own branding inside and out. Embroidered with your company logo, it makes branded clothing your team will want to wear.
It has a 60gsm outer, 270gsm 100% polyester filling and a 50gsm 100% polyester lining. Features include a tonal coil zip on the centre front with signature zip puller, horizontal stitched wide baffles, full tonal polyester lining, welt pockets, an internal shockcord loop for headphone wire, an internal back neck hanger loop, an internal zipped opening for embroidery access and an internal chest patch pocket with hook and loop fastening. Available in sizes S to 3XL, in Black and Navy.
Branding advice
Padded gilets embroider best through the outer shell only. The internal zipped opening for embroidery access lets the logo be stitched without catching the lining, keeping the inside tidy and the filling intact. A left-chest logo on a smooth baffle, plus a name across the upper back, works well.
