A pack-away waterproof jacket and trouser set for highways, utilities, agriculture and emergency call-outs where staying dry and seen matters.
It is made from 190T: 100% Polyester, Plain Weave, PVC coated 200g, with lining: Jacket Yoke Only: 100% Polyester Mesh, 60g. Portwest list EN ISO 20471 Class 3; RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange Only); EN 343 Class 3:1 X WP 5,000mm; ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 JACKET ONLY; ANSI/ISEA 107 SUPPLEMENTAL CLASS E TROUSER ONLY. We supply Orange and Yellow in sizes XS to 4XL.
Branding advice
To keep the waterproof shell intact we brand it with a heat-applied print rather than embroidery, on the fluorescent fabric and clear of the reflective tape. A chest logo plus a large back print is the usual layout.
Custom hi-vis in Hull
For printed and embroidered hi-vis, Hull and East Riding firms brand the Hi-Vis Rain Suit with their logo printed, so staff are both seen and recognised. We do all the logo embroidery and printing in-house at our Goulton Street studio in Hull, so you deal with one local team from logo setup to delivery.
Care
Wash at up to 40°C (mild process) and drip dry on a line. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Portwest give a maximum of 25 washes.
