About the Portwest Hi-Vis Baffle Jacket
Light, warm and quilted, this baffle jacket suits rail, logistics, parking and grounds teams who want visible insulation without a heavy coat. Lightweight padding traps heat, elastic cuffs and hem seal out draughts, and the water-repellent ripstop outer shrugs off light showers.
It is made from 100% Polyester Ripstop 85g, with a lining of 100% Polyamide 190g and filling of 100% Polyester 140g. Portwest list EN ISO 20471 Class 3; RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange Only). We supply Orange/Black and Yellow/Black in sizes S to 6XL.
Branding advice
We place logos on the fluorescent fabric, clear of the reflective tape. Embroidery suits the chest, and a heat-applied print is the usual choice for a large back logo. We stitch an actual sample and email you a photo to approve (or you can pop in to see it) before your order runs.
