About the Portwest Essential Hi-Vis Winter Traffic Jacket

A hard-wearing padded waterproof jacket made for winter traffic management, highways maintenance, gritting crews and port or airside staff.

It is made from 300D Industry: 100% Polyester, 300D Oxford, Stain Resistant Finish, Double PU Coated 190g, with a lining of 100% Polyester 52g and filling of 100% Polyester 160g. Portwest list EN ISO 20471 Class 3; RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange Only); EN 343 Class 3:1 X; EN 342 0.345 (M².K/W), 2, X. We supply Orange and Yellow in sizes XS to 6XL.

Branding advice

To keep the waterproof shell intact we brand it with a heat-applied print rather than embroidery, on the fluorescent fabric and clear of the reflective tape. A chest logo plus a large back print is the usual layout.
