A five-panel plush cotton cap with a seamless front, designed for printers and embroiderers who want a smooth, unbroken area for artwork. It is made from 100% cotton. The five-panel, low-profile cap has a seamless front panel, a pre-curved peak with 4 stitch lines, a contrasting colour sandwich peak and a fabric size adjuster with a brushed metal buckle. It is suitable for embroidery and transfer print. Available in Black/Red, Navy/White, Putty/Navy, Red/White and White/Navy.

Branding advice

We embroider your logo on the front, centred above the peak or brim. Simple, solid shapes stitch best on headwear; for very fine detail we can suggest a woven patch instead. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
