About the Result Lightweight Thinsulate Hat
A lighter Thinsulate hat for extreme cold without the bulk of a heavyweight knit, suited to drivers, couriers, security patrols and outdoor event staff. The deep fold up hem gives a generous band for embroidery and doubles up warmth around the ears. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.
The outer is 100% PolyAcrylic with 3M Thinsulate insulation. Double thickness, lightweight, with a deep fold up hem, extreme cold weather protection, windproof and washable. The 3M label is sewn to the rear. Decorating method: embroidery, with an open access point. Available in Black, Navy, Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Yellow and Olive.
Branding advice
Embroidery on the front panel is the standard choice and gives a crisp, raised finish. Keep lettering bold and not too small, and add a small side or back mark if you want a second position. Before the full order runs we stitch an actual sample of your logo for you to approve, so you see the real size, colours and position first.
