Heavy-duty hi-vis waterproof trousers for rail, highways, utilities, construction and port workers who need certified visibility in wet weather. The heavier PU feels soft and supple, mesh panels help with breathability, and they match the R507X safety jacket for a complete waterproof hi-vis suit. With your company logo embroidered on it, it becomes branded workwear your team will happily wear every day.
The outer is 100% Polyurethane with a 100% Recycled polyester backing in white, 240gsm. They have contrast mesh front and back panels, waterproof welded seams, printed safety leg bands, snap closing ankles, an elasticated waist and a hang loop. Certified to EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 2, RIS-3279-TOM: ISSUE 2:2019 Class 2 and EN343 3:1, waterproof 5000mm, breathable 1000mvp and windproof. Available in sizes S to 3XL, in Fluorescent Orange/Black.
Branding advice
Hi-vis trousers are usually branded with a small logo on the upper leg or hip, using a flexible transfer that moves with the fabric. We keep it well clear of the reflective bands so the visible area is not reduced. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
