About the Kustom Kit Cotton Tee (Fashion Fit)
A light ringspun combed cotton tee in a modern fashion fit, for retail staff, cafés, event crews and merchandise that needs a slimmer look than a classic tee. The soft, smooth fabric gives crisp results with screen print and transfers, and the tear-out label lets brands add their own neck print. It runs from XS to 3XL. Add your company logo and it becomes smart branded staff wear for everyday use.
It is made from 100% Ringspun combed cotton at 140gsm, with Heather Grey and Dark Grey Marl in 85% Ringspun combed cotton, 15% Viscose. It has a 1x1 rib neck, self-fabric back neck and shoulder tape, a top stitched front neck trim, a twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs and a Kustom Kit tear out back neck label. Available in sizes XS to 3XL, in Black and White.
Branding advice
Screen printing gives the best value on larger runs, while DTF transfers suit full-colour artwork and small batches with names or numbers. A small embroidered left-chest logo also works well on the smooth jersey for a smarter look.
