About the Build Your Brand Heavy Oversized Tee

A heavy, oversized streetwear tee that holds its shape and drapes well, making it a go-to for clothing labels, gyms, barbers, DJs and youth brands. The weight gives large back prints and chunky embroidery a solid base. The neutral size label can be replaced with your own neck print for a finished private-label look. Add your company logo and it becomes smart branded staff wear for everyday use.

It is made from 100% Cotton at 240gsm; Charcoal is 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester single Jersey and Grey is 90% Cotton, 10% Viscose single Jersey. It is single Jersey with an oversized cut, rib at the neck and neck tape, and has a neutral size label without branding, suitable for neck printing. Available in sizes XS to 5XL, in 42 colours, including Black, Navy, White and Charcoal.

Branding advice

Screen printing gives the best value on larger runs, while DTF transfers suit full-colour artwork and small batches with names or numbers. A small embroidered left-chest logo also works well on the smooth jersey for a smarter look.

Care

Wash and iron inside out, wash with similar colours, machine wash 30°C gentle, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at low temperature, do not dry clean.
