About the Build Your Brand Bonded Sherpa Vest

A cosy sherpa vest with a stand-up collar and a contrast nylon chest pocket, for coffee shops, garden centres, lifestyle brands and creative teams who want warmth on the body with free arms. It layers easily over a hoodie or long sleeve top, and a woven patch or bold embroidery suits the textured face. Add your company logo and it becomes smart branded staff wear for everyday use.

It is made from 100% polyester at 400gsm, with a cosy sherpa shell fabric and warm internal fleece material. It is a unisex design with functional zipped pockets, a stand-up collar and a nylon chest pocket, and is washable at 30°C for easy care. Available in sizes XXS to 5XL, in Black, Navy, Pale Olive and White Sand.

Branding advice

Embroidery is our recommendation for outerwear: a left-chest logo stitched with a stabiliser suited to the fabric, plus an optional larger design across the back. Where the lining allows access we keep stitching away from waterproof seams. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
