About the Beechfield Wool Blend Check Cap
A checked wool blend baseball cap for menswear shops, distilleries, golf clubs, country pubs and lifestyle brands moving into autumn and winter ranges. The check fabric and matt black metal details give a premium, heritage look, while the 5-panel front leaves room for a centred logo without a seam. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.
It is made from a wool blend at 379gsm. The cap has baseball-cap styling, a checkered design, unisex styling, matt black metal eyelets, a mid-profile 5-panel design, a curved peak, a lightly structured crown and a cotton twill sweatband. It closes with a self-fabric strap with matt black metal buckle, and a TearAway label allows easy rebranding. Available in Brown Plaid, Navy Plaid and Tan Houndstooth.
Branding advice
We embroider the front panel within an area of about 10 x 6cm. On a checked fabric, a solid logo in a strong contrast thread reads best; for detailed artwork a leather-look or woven patch stitched to the front is a smart alternative. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
