About the Beechfield Thinsulate Patch Beanie
A warm, Thinsulate-lined beanie with a cotton twill patch on the front, designed for printing rather than stitching. It suits event teams, sports clubs and promotional campaigns that need full-colour logos or quick turnaround names, and outdoor workers who want insulation without bulk. With your logo printed on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.
It is made from 100% Soft-touch acrylic, weighing 58g, in a double-layer knit with a Thinsulate lining. It has a cotton twill patch for printing, with a print area of 10cm x 5cm. Available in Black, French Navy, Fluorescent Orange, Graphite Grey and Olive Green.
Branding advice
The cotton twill patch on the front is made for printing, with a print area of 10cm x 5cm. A heat-applied transfer gives sharp, full-colour logos, small text and gradients that would be hard to stitch into a knit. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
