About the Beechfield Removable Patch 5-Panel Cap
A snapback with a removable front patch, so one cap can carry different badges: useful for events that change each year, multi-brand companies, sports clubs swapping season patches and merchandise ranges. Staff can switch between a company logo and a role or event patch without needing a new cap. Add your company logo and it becomes smart branded staff wear for everyday use.
It is made from 100% cotton twill and weighs 80g. The cap has a 5-panel design, a pre-curved peak, an interchangeable Rip-Strip™ patch designed for decoration, stitched ventilation eyelets and a snapback size adjuster. It is compatible with the MOLLE BG841 Utility sublimation patch and the BC600 Cotton removable patch, and has a TearAway label for ease of rebranding. Available in Black, Desert Sand, Graphite Grey, Jungle Camo and Military Green.
Branding advice
The interchangeable Rip-Strip™ patch is the branding area: we embroider your logo onto the patch, which then fastens to the front of the cap. Order extra patches for different events or roles and swap them as needed. For embroidery we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before your order runs, and sizes and colours can be mixed within one order.
