About the Stormtech Montserrat Thermal Vest
A hybrid thermal vest with stretch fleece side panels for outdoor activity centres, sales teams, engineers and coaches. The insulated front and back keep the core warm while the side panels move with you, and the recycled content suits sustainable uniform plans. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.
It has a 39gsm shell of 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester, secondary panels of 92% recycled polyester and 8% elastane bonded to recycled polar fleece at 275gsm, and a matching lining. It has Thermolex™ high loft synthetic down with broken fibre fill and polyfill, a PFC-free water-repellent finish, a windproof shell, an adjustable hem, zipped hand pockets with brushed tricot, internal mesh stash pockets and decoration access. Available in sizes S to 2XL, in Black/Granite, Granite/Black, Indigo/Midnight and Spruce/Mallard.
Branding advice
Embroidery is our recommendation for outerwear: a left-chest logo stitched with a stabiliser suited to the fabric, plus an optional larger design across the back. Where the lining allows access we keep stitching away from waterproof seams.

Machine wash cold. Gentle cycle with like colours. Do not use softeners. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low temperature. Do not iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
