About the Stormtech Appalachian Thermal Softshell Vest
A hybrid vest that pairs synthetic down insulation with bonded stretch softshell panels, for outdoor instructors, engineers, groundstaff and active sales teams. It is warmer than a softshell and moves better than a puffer, with decoration access for tidy branding. Embroidered with your company logo, it makes branded clothing your team will want to wear.
It has a main shell of 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester taffeta, four-way stretch secondary panels of 90% recycled polyester and 10% spandex bonded with recycled fleece, and a matching lining, at 278gsm. It has Thermolex™ high-loft synthetic down, a durable water-repellent finish, a windproof shell, elastic armhole trim, a drawcord hem, zipped handwarmer pockets, an internal storm flap with brushed tricot and decoration access. Available in sizes S to 5XL, in Black, Granite and Midnight.
Branding advice
We usually embroider the company logo on the left chest and add a name or slogan on the back. For bold back artwork, a heat-applied transfer chosen for the fabric is a lighter alternative to dense stitching.
Care
Machine-wash cold. Gentle cycle with similar colours. Do not use softeners. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low temperature or hang to dry. Iron at a low setting. Do not iron decorations. Do not dry clean.
