About the Portwest DX4 Hybrid Baffle Gilet
A body-mapped hybrid work gilet for engineers, surveyors, site managers and van-based trades. Stretch contrast panels let you move freely while the baffled front keeps the core warm, and reflective piping adds a little visibility on darker mornings. Six pockets carry tools, phones and notebooks. Add your company logo and it works as practical, branded work wear for the whole team.
Its shell is Titanmill Ultra 100% nylon 300T with an anti-static finish, 65g, with 100% polyester filling at 120gsm and a 330gsm contrast fabric of 75% polyester, 16% viscose and 9% elastane. It has a chin guard, drawcord adjustable hem, reflective piping, side zip pockets, a zipped chest pocket, internal pockets, six pockets in total, a curved back hem, an active fit, easy grip pullers and contrast premium zips. It is a Registered Community Design. Available in sizes S to 3XL, in Metal Grey.
Branding advice
Embroidery is our recommendation for outerwear: a left-chest logo stitched with a stabiliser suited to the fabric, plus an optional larger design across the back. Where the lining allows access we keep stitching away from waterproof seams.
