About the New Morning Studios Loose Fit Bonded Sherpa Jacket

A loose-fit, full-zip sherpa with a smooth lining, aimed at lifestyle brands, independent shops, cafés and creative teams wanting a relaxed outdoor layer. The RCS-certified recycled polyester helps organisations with sustainability commitments, and the zipped chest pocket and side pockets keep it practical for staff working in and out of the cold. Add your company logo and it becomes smart branded staff wear for everyday use.

It is made from 100% recycled polyester, with a 400gsm main fabric and a 70gsm lining, and contains 100% RCS-certified recycled polyester, certified by Control Union CB-CUC-1131896. It is a loose fit, unisex style with a full zip, a zipped chest pocket, a stand-up collar and side pockets. Available in sizes XXS to 5XL, in Black and White Sand.

Branding advice

Embroidery is our recommendation for outerwear: a left-chest logo stitched with a stabiliser suited to the fabric, plus an optional larger design across the back. Where the lining allows access we keep stitching away from waterproof seams. You can mix colours and sizes on the same order, and for embroidered logos we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before production starts.
