About the Beechfield Removable Patch Thinsulate Beanie

A Thinsulate-lined beanie with a removable patch, useful for hire fleets, multi-site companies, events and clubs whose branding changes from job to job. Patches swap in seconds, so one stock of hats can serve several brands, sponsors or seasons without reordering the hats themselves. With your logo embroidered on it, it suits staff uniforms, events and branded merchandise alike.

It is made from 100% Soft-touch acrylic with a Thinsulate lining in 65% Polypropylene, 35% Polyester. Double layer construction with a cotton twill patch for decoration and an interchangeable Rip-Strip patch designed for decoration. Compatible with the BC600 cotton removable patches, with a TearAway label for ease of rebranding. Available in Black, French Navy, Graphite Grey and Military Green.

Branding advice

The cotton twill Rip-Strip patch is the branding area: we print or embroider your logo on the patch so it can be swapped later. Order extra BC600 patches for different brands, sponsors or events and change them as needed. Our Hull team handles the artwork, sampling and decoration in-house, so you deal with one team from quote to delivery.
