About the Beechfield Melton Wool Ivy Cap

A melton wool ivy cap with a dense, smooth finish, chosen by estates, golf clubs, country hotels, gun shops and gift retailers. The stitched-down peak keeps a clean outline, and the heavier wool gives warmth on cold days. It looks smarter than the herringbone caps and takes embroidery well on its tight surface. Embroidered with your company logo, it makes branded clothing your team will want to wear.

The cap is made from 80% wool and 20% viscose in a melton wool blend, and weighs 73g. It is fully lined with unisex styling and a stitched-down peak, and adjusts with a self-fabric strap with tri-glide buckle. A tear-out label allows easy rebranding. Available in Charcoal Marl.

Branding advice

Embroidery on the front panel is the standard choice and gives a crisp, raised finish. Keep lettering bold and not too small, and add a small side or back mark if you want a second position. For embroidery we stitch an actual sample for you to approve before your order runs, and sizes and colours can be mixed within one order.
