About the Craghoppers Expert Thermic Insulated Jacket
When staff work outside in rain and cold, the Craghoppers Expert Thermic is a reliable choice. It suits groundworkers, site managers, utility and survey teams, delivery drivers and warehouse yard staff and outdoor education teams.
The main fabric is 100% Polyester (8% recycled) with a TPU membrane and a 100% Recycled polyester lining, listed at 145gsm. It is waterproof and breathable to 10,000mm, insulated with recycled polyester hollowfibre fill, and has a full-length zip with four pockets. Craghoppers have added recycled zip tapes to the inner chest pocket and a back zip for logo access. Sizes run XS to 3XL, and the brand is a Cascale member.
Branding advice
Because the shell is a waterproof membrane, we embroider through the logo access zip so stitching goes through the outer only and the lining stays sealed. A left-chest logo is standard, and the back zip makes a larger back embroidery straightforward.

Care
Cool wash with Craghoppers AquaDry cleaner or pure soap and rinse well. No bleach, softeners, wringing or dry cleaning. Low tumble dry is fine. Reproof with AquaDry when needed.

- Care: Cool wash with Craghoppers AquaDry waterproof cleaner or pure soap. Wash with similar colours. Do not use bleach or water softeners. Do not use fabric conditioners. Rinse well. Remove immediately after wash. Can be tumble dried on a low setting. Cool iron, if needed, on the outer side of the fabric. Do not dry clean. Do no wring. Close all fasteners before washing and drying. Use Craghoppers AquaDry reproofer if needed. Apply heat as per care instructions if DWR needs regenerating. Fabric may be damaged by solvents, alcohols and insecticides.
